Bohunt Farnborough celebrates second consecutive year of  record-breaking results

Students at Bohunt Farnborough, part of the high achieving Bohunt Education Trust (BET), are celebrating after receiving their GCSE results, enabling them to embark on the next stage of their education journey.

The 2025 cohort has built further on the record-breaking results achieved last year following Bohunt Farnborough joining BET in 2023, securing the strongest GCSE outcomes in the School’s history.

The accomplishments of students were celebrated across the board. Particular highlights include:

  • Kian M who successfully achieved 9 in English language, Persian, history and combined science, as well as 8 in maths and French.
  • Mariana P who successfully achieved 9 in English language, English literature and business studies, as well as 8 in maths, French, geography, history and science.
  • Lexy M achieved a strong set of results, including a 7 in history, as well as being on the student leadership team and playing a leading role in the school musical.

Bohunt Farnborough is delighted to share its GCSE results, building on last year’s success as one of the top 5% most improved schools in England. The School is immensely proud of its students and staff, whose dedication has seen a further increase in attainment this year. These results continue to strengthen Bohunt Farnborough’s reputation for nurturing talent and the School looks ahead to the new term with ambition, committed to building on its recent successes.

This year’s results reflect Bohunt Farnborough’s commitment to BET’s ethos of ‘enjoy, respect, achieve’, which underpins the culture and outcomes of all its schools. This includes delivering unparalleled educational opportunities and highly effective teaching to nurture and develop students into becoming ‘game-changers’.

Together, BET and Bohunt Farnborough aim to support young people to flourish throughout their school journeys and then on into later life, with educational, enrichment and pastoral support both inside and outside the classroom.

Daryl Bond, Headteacher at Bohunt Farnborough, said:

“These GCSE results are a true reflection of the commitment, talent, and resilience of our students and staff. Building on last year’s recognition as one of the top 5% most improved schools in England, this achievement demonstrates what can be accomplished through hard work and dedication.”

“We are immensely proud of everyone involved and grateful for the support of our families, governors, and BET. As we look to the new academic year, we remain focused on nurturing our students’ potential and continuing to deliver excellence across all areas of school life.”

Neil Strowger, Trust Leader at BET, said:

“I am immensely proud of the efforts made by students across our schools. These GCSE results are testament to their hard work, dedication and resilience. Our commitment to ensuring the achievement of every student has led to these outcomes, which reflect the game-changing abilities of our students and staff and the excellence we strive for across BET.”
