Mentorship plays a pivotal role in nurturing talent and shaping future leaders, offering invaluable insights, guidance, and inspiration. In the coming months the mentors will be the students ‘guide at the side’, supporting with work experience, CV writing, college applications and employability skills. The students will also get the opportunity to visit BMW and see their mentors at work.
