Recently, a group of Bohunt Farnborough students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of apprenticeships and graduate opportunities at SSE. From touring the facilities to understanding the importance of health and safety in high-risk environments, the day was packed with valuable insights into potential career pathways within the company.
The day began with an exciting tour of SSE’s facilities, giving the students a first hand look at the inner workings of the company. From power stations to renewable energy projects, the tour showcased the diverse range of operations that SSE undertakes. This experience allowed the students to gain a deeper understanding of the scale and scope of SSE’s operations.
One of the highlights of the day was learning about the various apprenticeship programs offered by SSE. From school leaver apprenticeships to specialised technical roles. During the day, students also had the chance to learn about the graduate degree programs available at SSE and the diverse range of career pathways they offer.
